Metta Music

Recently, i visited a place that sell buddhist music produced by Imee Ooi. My kolik told me that songs like this can actually calm ur "messy" mind. I do not have a so called messy mind, but i did encounter some stressful moments that distrurb my mind. Therefore, i decided to take her advise to go in and try to get something that suitable for me.

Besides, i also asked for music that can help my two little monsters that seem to be non-stop yelling the whole day becoz of little thing. They recommended me a CD for little kid name "toong xin" in mandarin. I got this in the hope that my gals perhaps, can get some "wisdom" from the music. The 30 min CD seem to be very soothing and kind of suitable for adults too.. but for myself, i am more into the CD named " Metta" - It means kindness (if i did not translate it wrongly).. for those that are not Buddhist, you can listen to the music and felt peaceful too . They have both chinese and english version. I just got one CD as a trial .. but for the past 3 days i have been listening, i think indeed it's a kind of stress-free and peaceful music..

P/S : one little note, the day i bought this CD , I met a guy (there are 2 guys in there, the other one is nice ) who is selling the CD there who seem to be very dissapointing. His attitude ( very rude to customer) seem not suitable to be a person that involve in this industry that requires a "open and good " heart. anyway, his short name is EQ O. ( later on, i get to know from this lady that he's a designer, that's why have a bad temper).. Hey.. excuse me, there are a lot of designer in this world, some even more famous than him, if he's the designer, the ought to act as if he's so high than others ??? then i am sorry to say.. he should act more professional next time and more humble. ( even a 3 yrs old know what is "humble")
