Bagan Lalang_13.06.2009 (1st time)

Visited Bagan Lalang last saturday... pretty perfect weather ( not too hot, and not too windy...).
We reached there about 10.30am , it took us ard 1 hr plus to reach the place.. It's somewhere near Sepang airport. Luckily, hubby get to search the detail directions from the website.. so we reached the place on time.I woke up 6am that morning, to prepare food. My first intention is to make sushi roll. Bought all the stuff from Midvalley on friday. I got this "feeling" that i wont be able to make a "nice" sushi.. so i decided to buy 2 cans of readymade curry chicken.. just in case sushi turned into ordinary rice.. keke.. true enough, ding dong for the whole morning... cook sushi rice.. Ended up, the rice was too wet and my hubby commented that it seem to be a ordinary rice for him.. not enuff vinegar taste.. sigh ~~ So, i decided to put the rice (instead of make it into sushi roll) in a tupperware and put all other "vege" aside.. i got tonnes of sausages, japanese cucumbers, crab stick, chicken floss etc..all put it in the tupperware.. I knew it.. I really dun have talent for that.. !!
Then, ding dong other food for the kiddo, i got them french fries, katelynn's porridge and aerwen's fried rice, some fresh fruits for them too. By the time i settled with my "food issue"... the gals already wake up and we just "blast off"--> this is what the gals learn from "little Eistein"--whenever, we going out, they will say "blast off.."
KateLynn loves the place, but she is always a "cerewet"(fussy) gal.. she refused to sit on the sand, asked her kakak to get her a pail and she sat on top of the pail...She did not want to get into the water too..(i think she got my hubby's DNA here, as the whole "session", Brandon did not go into the water, nor take off his slippers..he told me he dun want to get wet ! Like father like dotter **) but Aerwen was different this time around, i think she is older and thanks to the Barney/High 5 prog. telling her how fun is being in the water-swimming...so she drag me into the water and push me away.. she trying to "swim" by herself.. (actually she's only floating).. Then she saw some malay kiddo was having the float.. she said to me.." mummy...buy.."...Not wanting to waste any money ( we got it at home and i never expect that she dares to go into the sea water, so i din bring), i told her " no shop here, din sell here, i buy next time k.".. Not knowing she's such clever already..she pointed @ the shop opposite the beach and said " buy there".. sigh ~~ No choice, i got up from the water, let daddy jaga her for a while, and bought her one yellow life jacket, which turned out to be her favourite..and i bought her a kite too.. ( turned out to be daddy's fav.)
This is consider a big "step" for Aerwen as i NEVER let her go into the water and come up from the water soaking wet and still running ard the beach, without changing clothes, or even waer her swim suit without a T shirt on top. This is the first time i let both of them do this kind of thing..may be it's becoz years of "physco" from my hubby, telling me that .. we have to gib the kids a chance to build their immune system.. and i guess he's right !! They seem enjoying it so much..... yahoo..~~ may be we can bring them to Krabi one fine day and let them do some scuba diving already.. !!!! :)
